Is this a good diet and weight loss plan? I just need advice!?
I'm doing a 30 ab and butt work out. I have heard that its better to speed up your metabolism if you snack lots during the day. Just a few things im eating. Snacks being veggies dipped in a ranch, rice rolls with sea weed. Hard boiled eggs for breakfast, plain noodles with salt and pepper, veggie stir frys with rice noodles with little sauce and of course lots of water and fruit when i feel a bit hungry. With this plan do you think it will make me healthier to loose weight safely an permanently. What other things can i add to this plan? On a side note, I have been thinking of taking one a day weight smart, just to give me a bit of a boost Any suggestions on weight loss pills that work? Or should I forget about taking them?

Who can help me with a diet and weight loss plan?
Ok so im on a strict diet. I'm only going to eat vegetables, fruits etc. But I also need help for a menu and exercise schedule. Also, can someone help me with stomach weight and what could be the quickest way to lose it? Along with helping tone my bottom more nicely as well as my legs and arms? I would be seriously grateful I don't want to buy any product or any drug I want it to all be natural. Please help

Vegetarian diet and weight loss?
Okay I have been a vegetarian now for a little over 2 weeks. At the beginning I weighed 150. My weight this morning was 146. I have been getting enough of everything I need because previously being anemic I have to make sure or I will feel bad. But other than gas the first week I have been feeling great. My doctor said it will take a while for my body to fully adjust and it's normal if I feel sick or tired but as long as I am getting everything that I need then I should be fine. And so far I feel great. And I have ever lost weight. In the past 4 years the scale seems like it has been stuck on 150, this is the very FIRST time it has gone under 150. I weight myself at least weekly. And I couldn't be happier.But my question is, how much weight should I expect to lose? By the way I am an 18 year old female. And I'm 5'4. 150 sounds like a lot, and I do have some fat on me, but my build is average.

I have a question about my diet and weight loss?
I have been working out with my friend lately and have been eating less and have been trying to eat healthier and drink more water. I am trying to lose some pounds in the next month or so, at least get rid of some fat on my face and slim it out a bit. My friend told me that i shouldnt be eating any carbs, none at all. No whole wheat bread, nothing. My question is is he right? Should i avoid carbs completely or can I eat them? Also if someone could tell me what I should be eating daily, then that would help a lot. Question about diet and weight loss?
I need some advise on my diet plan. I am trying to lose weight. So, in the morning I drink fresh fruit smoothie which I make with cherries or sometimes I use berries, one banana and 2 tablespoon of flaxseed with a cup of skim milk. During lunch some veggies with steam rice and fish or meat. In the afternoon a orange or some grapes or whatever fruits or veggies carrots, cucumber etc I have. And for dinner whole wheat bread with veggies and fish or meat. Do you think I am getting enough amount of fiber and nutrients which can help me lose weight? BTW I don't eat any sugary stuff or plain sugar and drink lots of water.

If i don't eat for like a week but exercise a lot will i lose weight? I know that if you don't eat your body goes into starvation mode, and you retain fat. but if you work out like everyday, will you lose wight then?

I am 19 y o. 5ft. 2 inch. Female . I weight 141 pounds , my goal weight is 115 120 pounds.
